The Gerber Condylator and DeltaForm

I have just returned from a two-day course at the Academy of Clinical Excellence in Wakefield, with Noel Perkins of St Helen's Dental Practice in Cockermouth.  The course was presented by Max Bosshart CDT, MDT and Mark Price CDT.

Both days were designed around the setting up and grinding in occlusion of the new DeltaForm posterior teeth. designed by Max Bosshart himself, using the Gerber Condylator Articulator.  Max trained in Zurich and qualified as a CDT in his home country of Switzerland in 1985 and worked in collaboration with    Professor A Gerber for ten years.

It was an excellent two-day course and I cannot wait to try the teeth on our next Gerber case.  Thank you to Mark Price for the invite.

Practical Full Full Denture Technique Course

On Saturday, 25 February, Michael King BDS and I hosted our first 'Practical Full Full Denture Technique' Course at Spedding Dental Clinic.  We took the 8 delegates through a 'live' case from consultation to fit, sharing practical knowledge of techniques and materials.
